Heart of the Home Kitchen Tour a Success
Hundreds of tour participants viewed seven homes in Yolo County during the Eighth Annual Heart of the Home Kitchen Tour on Saturday, May 3. There were three homes in Davis, one in Woodland, and three in Winters to tour. This major fundraiser supports our local disaster services programs.
Woodland High School Floriculture Club members are shown with a floral arrangement they designed for the Bob & Bobbie Kittredge home which was on the tour Saturday. Left to right are, Analyse Lua, Analuci Vazquez and Prescilla Camez. The Floriculture Club designed floral arrangements for several rooms in the Woodland home.

Ludy's Main Street BBQ & Catering of Woodland provided tri-tip sandwiches to tour participants visiting this beautiful hill-top home in Winters, owned by Maggie Burns and Roy Bellhorn. Food and wine was provided at each of the seven homes, and stylists provided floral arrangements to enhance the decor. Enterprise Rent-A-Car and the Yolo County YMCA provided vans to shuttle visitors to this home.

CPR training scheduled for local businesses
Board members learn CPR: Board Chair Chris Dreith and Board member Randy Pack participated in an Adult CPR training class which they scheduled for themselves and their employees.
